Raspberry Comfort – Herbal Tea for Cycle Support

This tea is so soothing for your time of month definitely help my cycle a lot with pain especially the back pains I get everytime. Definitely try if h need to ease your cramps or back pain due to your time of month.

That time of the month can be very frustrating. I normally depend on ibuprofen and I hate having to do that. Thanks for this amazing tea - it took my cramps right away!!

I started drinking this two days before my period came and I noticed I didn't have any cramps or pain at all the day before or the first day of my period. I definitely recommended this tea to all my friends who suffer from PMS , also the taste was really good & not bitter at all.

At times, herbal tea geared toward PMS symptoms can be not so great tasting. This one though is totally different. I usually start drinking a cup or two a day right before my menstual is going to start. I would say the taste is great even without sweetener. It does take the edge off of my crankiness as well as cramping. Will definitely keep in my self care regimen during those times.
